American Weatherseal balance/spring assembly

Hello, I have a broken balance/spring assembly. I know weatherseal is gone but im hoping you have the answer. 28C is the only identifying info I have on the assembly besides the patent numbers on the bottom endcap.

Hello, That is great if you folks are sure those are the balances I need with what little info I supplied to you.
I ordered another kind of balance from windowanddoorparts.com and they were too big. They also had 28C on them.
Can you give me the measurements of the width and depth of the ones you have to custom make to ensure I don't spend another $58.00 for something I can't use.

These balances have a 3/8" channel, which is smaller than the standard 1/2" channels that most balances have. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
