Question

Just bought 15 year old home with these windows. Variety of problems; some hard to move up and or down, a few have not tension. All glass is good no clouding. This morning I watched several video to R and R pivot locks and Balances (coil, spring and spiral) I want to repair the problems and see if you have the parts I need.

Hi, Bill.

It's hard to say while your pivot shoe is still installed, but take a look at our 15-111 pivot shoe which uses the Series 160 coil springs. Remove your pivot shoe from your window to compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches up for what you need.
