I need three balance coil shoe parts. Not sure if it matters but one is on the right and two are on the left of the window.

Also I need 2 tilt latches. One for the right and one for the left. I bought 2 generic ones. I want to see if the ones you have will be easier to install than the ones I bought.

Hi there!

We'd be happy to help, but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

As for the tilt latch, do you have an undamaged version you can show us?

After taking off the undamaged shoe for a portrait it is now broken. So I need two right and two left shoes. Thank you.

Thank you for the additional picture! Take a look at our 15-087 pivot shoe which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
