Looking to replace the upper and lower slide track that connects to the window frame.

This looks like the slider for a casement window hinge. See our 36-048. This is a different style compared to yours, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay.

Before I purchase and install the new tracks you suggest, take a look at how the operator attaches to the window. To me it doesn't appear compatible.(Based on the video)

FYI, I looked again and I am feeling better. Please take a look and confirm. I'll feel better. If for any reason they do not work, are they returnable?

Looking at your new photo, I see no reason why your operator and our hinge can't work. That operator is our 39-329, which is fully compatible with our 36-048.
