Thanks for reaching out. The nylon piece, that the coil is installed in, is the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. I am confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to review and compare the dimensions.
The compatible coil springs are the Series 180 Coil Balances. Since your housing is marked with a 7, you'll need the S180-07.
Your coils are anchored to the window track using the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.
