Balance is needed for this window. That picture is of good side. Its the other side of the window that is broken.

I'm afraid I'll need to see a picture of your hardware out of your window along with your pivot shoe. I'll also need you to provide the thickness and width of the pivot shoe as well. Take a look at the video we've associated on the right side of the page, you might find it helpful. Thank you!
