American craftsman window part

I'm afraid I don't recognize the part you show in this photo. It looks like it might be the shoe that the operator arm connect too, but I'm not 100% sure. Can you remove this piece and show it to me from a few more angles? Can you also show me the operator that connects to it, assuming I'm right? I'd preferably like to see the whole thing in one picture, without obstruction.

Thanks for getting back to us. These new photos are very helpful, but they confirm that we don't sell an operator that works exactly like this. We especially don't sell that black guide you were looking for in your initial post.

We may still be able to help, but our solution necessitates replacing the entire operator system. The product I have in mind is our 39-253LB, which is very similar to your original except instead of a flat "hook" at the end of the arm, it has a round peg. This round peg plugs into the 39-529 guide (sold separately).

The 39-529 is functionally the same as the round guide you showed me in your first photo, but it interfaces with the operator in a different way (plugging in instead of hooking in). That's why replacing the operator is also necessary.

Lastly, you would need a new track for the 39-529 guide to work in. My suggestion is the 39-528.

I know this solution isn't ideal but it is our best option available.
