Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible. From there, we should be able to determine if a replacement handle is available. Thank you!

Your operator resembles our Roto 39-325, which uses the 39-232 folding handle. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
