American standard double hung sash tilt latch

A home owner from Campton New Hampshire says:

Greeting!

I purchased (15) American Crafts double hung vinyl 9500 series windows

through Home Depot in 2002.

The photograph I loaded shows a "to scale" of the wrong latch (top) and the

correct latches (bottom two)

I've tried with little success to get American Craftsman to send me the correct latches, but it seems beyond their ability

Thank you for your inquiry. Have a closer look at our 26-266, 26-267, and 26-408 tilt latches. Look at each one closely and see if any of these can be used as a substitution to your original latches.
