American tilt window both upper and lower panes tilt

Does any know where I can get this lever replacement. It's for the lower window pane. I need several of them.

Replacements for these sash release levers are determined by the length of the prongs underneath as well as the distance between them. You can see our selection here. If none match, you may be better off converting to surface mount tilt latches such as the 26-228 and 26-229. The video below shows how.
