Hi, the above listed hung windows have retractable blocks on the left and right hand side of the frame, preventing the sliding part of the window to be moved up fully from the outside. Do you carry those? How are they mounted, just popping in to the related frame opening?
The ones we have installed are jammed and can't be easily moved out.
