I need a patio door handle for an Amerimax sliding patio door, New Horizon 3P OXO, hand has a keylock

Thanks for your post. There is a chance we can make a recommendation for the handle replacement you need. Although, I was not able to identify the hardware using the information provided.

I'll need to see a photo of the handle set along with any other compatible hardware it works with.

Yes, this helps! This handle set is a match for the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. Take a look over the specifications to confirm it is a match.

The internal mortise lock is sold separately. I'll need to see a photo of it to determine the replacement for it, if that is something that needs to be replaced as well.
