Hello,
Your Amerimax window operator very closely resembles the 39-326 X-Drive Split Arm ROTO Operator, which uses the 39-535 Face Mount Sash Bracket. I've also tagged the opposite handed version of each of these parts below.
The only difference between your operator and our replacement is that yours appears to use a male crank handle. That said, you'll need the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
