Amerimax window does not stay open.

Question

I have an Amerimax Craftsman Portrait Series single hung window. The coils on both sides of the window have broken. Looking to find the necessary replacement parts so that I can fix the problem. Attached are photos of the window, coil balance, the pivot shoe and support. Thanks for your help.

Hi there!

Take a look at our 15-228 which uses the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Measure the width of the coil band to determine the best match. For a new single coil support, see our 15-150S. Look these parts over and let me know if you had any questions.
