I've seen Amerimax windows use the 15-228 Pivot Shoe in the past; but this is no guarantee this is what you need, as this hardware can very quite a bit even when you know the brand. The safest thing to do is to remove an undamaged shoe and show us pictures, as well as report the width and thickness of the shoe. That should narrow things down in short order for you.
