We are changing the hinges on cabinets and would like to replace them hinges with the same hole pattern. They are A8 and Patent # is 3.391.420.0_

The dimensions shown are like our old hinges. What is the lenght of the door leaf? And what are the hole pattern measurements on the leaf?
