Amerock A8 hinges

A handy person from Manitoba, Canada says:

We are changing the hinges on cabinets and would like to replace them hinges with the same hole pattern. They are A8 and Patent # is 3.391.420.0_
See attached drawing.
Do you have any? we have about 20 doors.

The dimensions shown are like our old hinges. What is the lenght of the door leaf? And what are the hole pattern measurements on the leaf?
