I've seen this old Andersen operator before. It was used from 1960 to 1974. I'm afraid we don't carry it, but look at our 39-094 to see if you can adapt this newer style to your window.

I just had to replace an Andersen 0566208 myself, and chose to use the SWISCO 39-094 per Dave's recommendation above, to save $200 vs. the Andersen OEM replacement part.
Yes, the SWISCO 39-094 operator CAN be used as a replacement for a 1960-1974 Andersen 0566208 casement operator.  It is not a drop-in replacement; it takes a little minor woodworking (just enlarging the opening) to make the window frame trim fit over the operator, some slightly more complex woodwork to make the rail fit onto the window itself (it's necessary to make an insert to fill the original Andersen cut-out), and the operator arm needs to be bent downwards just slightly (perhaps a quarter inch at the tip) for best fit.  But it will work, and once completed, the repair is almost invisible with the window closed.
Still, it's enough work to make it fit that for those lacking good carpentry skills and the right tools, it's perhaps wiser to bite the bullet and just give Andersen the $300.  But if you have fine saws and wood chisels and know how to use them, and don't mind spending a few hours' work, you can replace the Andersen with the SWISCO 39-094 and save yourself $200.
