I need both the left and right sash balancers for an Andersen 2856C Narroline window.

Based on your old stamp of "827," I recommend our 24-837 Andersen sash balance. I'm very confident that this will work for you as a replacement.

I did finally notice the 827 and wound up ordering the 24-827 hoping that would be it along with the one that your site said works for the left side. Hopefully it will work. Otherwise I guess I will have to return it and try to get the 24-837

We don't sell any product with a 24-827 product code. You may very well have purchased the 24-837.
