Andersen 30210 window balance

A handy person from Bethel CT says:

I have to replace the lft & rt balance on Ander Window 30210.
Would like to know the correct balance number for this window without first dismantaling the window.

In my experience, the Andersen 30210 window used our 24-837 balance, but there is no guarantee that this is what you have. The only way to know for sure is for you to tell me what each number printed on the balance box reads.
