This is the plastic cam that rotates and locks the balancer when the sash is tilted.

Thanks for posting! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement for this balance shoe/cam, however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm.

To start, is this part damaged? If so, may I please see an undamaged version of this hardware?

Also, may I please see the other compatible hardware? Especially the balance this is used with.
