Andersen 400 series crank window

Quick Learner from Bowie, MD
Hello,
This is an older window and it's having trouble opening and closing. I think it's due to the part on the bottom being worn and weathered. What would I replace this part with?

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can make a recommendation for the casement window operator you need. Although, I'll need to see a clear photo of the base of the operator to narrow down the correct replacement.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have.

The casement operator has been replaced. The part in question is the rubberized piece that slides along the metal plate.

That piece is part of the casement window hinge. You'll need to replace the entire hinge to repair it.

To recommend a replacement for it, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.

I took a bunch of pictures and included the tape measure.

Thanks for the photos. It appears the length of the track is around 11". The closest replacement match we have for it would be the 36-048 10" 2-Bar Hinge Set. So, you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinge so that the window will continued to function properly. These can be used to replace both right and left handled applications.
