Andersen 7191-33 operator

I'm looking for a part. The crank for the window stopped working. The only part I could find a number for was the outside casing, which said "Andersen 7191-33." However, it is the inside part (operator?) that may be a problem. I attached pictures to hopefully reveal what the problem might be and how I might fix it.

Thanks for posting. Look at our 39-146 and 39-147 for possible replacements for your operator. if you also need the handle, see our 39-286.
