I have several Andersen operators that have failed over the years and was looking online for replacements. I was almost ready to order from "the other guys" but stumbled across your site. Most of the failures appear to be the retainer breaking or wearing out that holds the worm gear. Just want to be sure of the model numbers before I place a pilot order for one piece. The one in the attached photos is for the right side ("R" stamped in the arm).
Couple of quick questions:
Are these made by Andersen or a 3rd party?
Is there a warranty?
