Andersen 9#31 Balance

You folks are my go-to because you always make me look like a hero to my clients. Let's see if you can save my bacon again. Which Andersen sash support balance will match the existing, photo attached, marked E40 9#31 5 86 ? (Pretty sure "5 86" is the manufacture date.) I couldn't get a better photo without removing the casing trim.

Also, are these left-right specific? Thanks!

This photo is perfect, thank you. I recommend the 24-939. This can replace Andersen sash balances stamped with "9#31."
