Andersen Awning Window needs new operator

Question

We need help. We are selling our home & we have one window that will not open because of the operator stopped working. The windows are at least 62 years old & made by Andersen.

This reminds me a bit of our 39-021, but go over all the dimensions and specifications to confirm this matches. Let me know if it differs in any way. I am afraid this operator only comes in white.
