Andersen Balance

Question

Hello,I need to replace this part for several andersen windows from 1985ish.can you please identify the part I need with the picture attached?

Also is there a difference between the left and right side?

Hello, Lynn. Looks like your old balance has a "10#31" stamp. I therefore recommend our 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. This is designed to replace balance boxes with that number stamped in that bottom corner there.

This product can be used on either the left or right hand side interchangeably.
