Andersen Balance 12#27

Question

I need to replace several Andersen window balances that have failed (broken strings) in the home I personally built in 1985. The windows are double-hung. The unobstructed glass area of the upper window glass is 40-7/16" wide x 23-15/16" tall and the lower window glass is 40-7-16" wide x 23-15/16" tall.

The balance, that I removed has the following numbers on it on same side that balance string exits from but opposite end of balance from string:

P70 12#27 6 84 and 11600-17

The opposite side has the following numbers on it:

11600-3

Are you able to help me with replacements?

Thank you for posting. I recommend that you look at our 24-1231. This can replace Andersen balances with the stamp 12#27.
