12#31 balances can be replaced by our 24-1231. If you have any other balances, you can check the stamps and enter the # code (just the number with # in it, the other stuff isn't meaningful) into the search bar on our site. The search bar will automatically suggest the right product. If you struggle to use the search bar for a particular balance, you can send me the number, and I will interpret it.

I have a balance with the stampP78 12#31 1-86. can you tell me which balance to use? Do you happen to have a chart for matching the stamps to your balances?
