I need an Andersen sash balance for a Narrowline 3456 that was installed in 1986. It is a discontinued model. Here are the markings on the old balance: 1160017 and No 13 # 31 10 86

Hey, Larry, thanks for contacting us! We don't have this balance at the moment, but we are currently working on bringing a replacement in. I will let you know as soon as it is online and available to view!
