Just spoke to Manuella - she was great help. I need two Anderson window sash balances # 1033
Please see attached window pictures so we can determine if the part I'm ordering is the correct one.The window glass measurements are Width 28.5" and length 27.9" (almost 28"). I hope I measured correctly. I was told I need 1033 sash balances. Is that correct?
Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I'm afraid the only way to know for sure which Andersen Sash Balance you need is to remove your old balance from the window and to confirm any stamped codes on the box. Removing Andersen balances from the window can be a bit involved. Check out our video below on this process. Once you remove the balance box, look for any numbers/codes on the box and we'll try to use those to confirm which replacement you need. Thanks.
