Andersen Balance marked "11600-17" and "J21 5#23 1135"

I'm trying to find a replacement for Andersen balance marked "11600-17" and "J21 5#23 1135". Double hung window has two equal sized sashs with visible glass size of about 32-3/8x13-7/8 each. What should I buy?
