I have renewal by Andersen windows that were installed in 1999.
The short arm - closest to the crank assembly is 2" and the longer arm that connects to the window is 7"

Hello,
Unfortunately, this is an older style operator that we don't believe is made anymore. You could try to contact Andersen directly to see if they still sell it, but I'm not optimistic that they do. You may also want to check resale sites like eBay. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
