Andersen Casement Replacement part

Do you have Anderson Casement Window crank original part# 2520 or I believe new part# 0566008 ? Is there a replacement part that can be used as a substitution? Thank you for your time with my inquiry.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, this part has been discontinued and is no longer available. You may be able to use our 39-027E and 39-028E Window Cranks with the 39-533 track as substitutes, but there's no guarantee that they will work.

Thank you for your reply. Probably a naive question but the arm length on my crank is 11 1/4" versus 9 1/2" on the 39-027E crank, will it still work or is there a different model with longer arm? Thank you

Unfortunately, we do not have a longer arm for this model. I think this will still work, but again, I can't guarantee it, as it is just a substitute.
