Andersen Casement Window

Question

Good Afternoon,
I have an Anderson casement window with a split arm operator that no longer functions properly. It has a 5 inch extension. This is an older window. Not sure if this is useful information, but the number 63 is on the arm and 13C or 136? Photos attached. Would you have this part?
