I need to replace the lower bracket which is rusted out. The window, looking from the outside, hinges in the left. This is an old window. I need to know which parts to order. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. It's tough to tell from these photos, but I suspect this might be the 10" 36-004-10 Hinge Set. Please compare to confirm. Note you'll want to replace both hinges in the window at the same time.
