Andersen Casement Window Lock

I am looking for the locking mechanism for an Andersen Casement Wood Window. The parts I have been able to find are missing a set of screw holes. It has the Truth Hardware logo stamped into it and has the numbers "40707" "30838 PN" and "40592984439910"

Those numbers are often associated with our 38-097 and 38-098. These might be newer versions of your old lock, which also means they won't work with your old keeper. If you do get these, you'll need a new 38-079 keeper as well.
If you have any doubts, please show me a picture of an undamaged version of this lock. That will allow me to confirm with more confidence.
