Thanks for writing in. Sounds like you need new glazing bead. We can possibly help, but to know what you need, we'll need you to remove a sample and show us its end profile. Dimensions would also be useful. In the time being you can view our selection of glazing bead here.

Thanks! This is perfect. Your glazing looks very similar to our older style 55-303 Andersen glazing bead for 3/8" thick glass. I'm not 100% sure, though, so make sure to compare our dimensions with yours. 

Alternatively, you might have an even older style glazing bead for 5/8" thick glass, which unfortunately is no longer available. They only have the newer style for 5/8" thick glass, our 55-301. 

I don't believe Andersen makes a 1/2" thick glass for their windows. Look over the two types I mentioned and see what you think.
