Andersen Casement and no name basement windows

Question

Im looking for the Andersen casement window cranks but not sure if they are universal or have to purchase left and right.
Also looking for basement window latches and insert where latch goes into.

Thanks for writing in! These Andersen cranks are not universal, so you will need to purchase right and left handed replacements. Yours remind me of the 39-146 and 39-147 Andersen Window Crank.

Regarding the casement locks, review and compare the 38-126 Hopper Window Lock. I also suggest take a look at the 38-059 LH and 38-060 RH Cam Handle Locks. These are not direct replacements but there is a chance they could work for your repairs.

I'm sorry to say we do not have a replacement for the strike plate used with your lock.
