Numbers are not too visible on the photo. The number on the front under the logo is: 11600-17. On one side of the tab is 11A and the other is 39A. There is also a number on the back: 11600 A-3. The dimensions are: 6 5/16" (6 7/8") including the tab) x 3" x 3/4".

I'm afraid those numbers didn't help us find a match. Can you show us a clearer picture of the stamps on the tab? Maybe seeing them close up will help clarify what you need. Could you also give me the size of the visible glass for the sash that these balances support?

The visible glass for both upper an lower is:34"H x 28.5"W.

The attached photo of the tab may be a little better than the original. It appears the number is 398, but that last digit is still not clear.

Thanks! Based on your visible glass size, I think you might want our 24-11R and 24-11L Andersen balances. Plus, in your first post, you mentioned you saw 11A on the tab. I think these may be what you need. Please note that Andersen determines "left" and "right" from the outside looking in.
