Andersen Corp window balance. 600A-3

Question

I bought some from you guys, but the string is not long enough to close the window. the last picture is the one i bought from you guys. The window size is 74 inches long.Do you guys have any balances like that have that have longer string like nonstandard ones. Thanks.

Hey, good to hear from you again. Sorry to hear your balance isn't working properly. Can you give me the width of your sash, as well? Knowing the width and height will definitely help. Can you also tell me what stamps were printed on your old balance? I would like to know each one, if possible.
