Andersen Counter Balance Sash

Question

I have a wooden window that is 48in x 54 in. I need to replace sash counterbalance on both sides. The piece measures about 6 1/4 x 2 3/4

I have the part out but the only numbers I see on the piece is 12 31 52 The (52) looks like a smaller number than the other two.

Thoughts?
