Andersen Counter balance

Question

I need to replace counter balance in an equal sash double hung window. Its the trimline with the double pane 3/8". glass area is 20" x 24"

Thanks for contacting us. We can help you locate a replacement, but we need some information first. If you haven't done so already, we'd like for you to remove the balance from the window. On the balance, you will see two sets of stamped numbers. The first set of numbers will read "11600-17". We'd actually need the second set of numbers that are adjacent to that first set. Please update us with that stamped number.
