How do you measure the arm length specifically on the 39-094/095 and the 39-150/151 arms? is it latch point to crank arm? Also how can you tell on the website which model I need for right handed vs left handed opening direction of the sashes on the Andersen windows? Window opens from right (latch side) to left with crank in picture to the left side of the sash

The length of the link arms on these Andersen operators is measured from the center of the rivet at the end to the bend in the arm. See below for both the 39-095 and 39-150, respectively.
Dimensions for 39-095
Dimensions for 39-151
Generally, the best way to determine which handed operator you need is to compare the direction of the straight arm. The 39-151, for instance, has a straight arm that points to the right when closed (the arm also stamped with an R), whereas the 39-150 has an arm that points leftward and is stamped with an L. If in doubt, show us pictures of your entire mechanism removed from the window.
