Andersen Doubl Hung Sash Balances

Question

I have an Andersen Double Hung window from about 1987. The glass on both the upper & lower sash measures 24 3/8" wide and 15 7/8" high. The code on the glass corner reads G2-86. The G could be a C and the 8 could be a B.

I have removed both sash balances and I see a code of 11600-17 on each balance. There is also a code which is much less clear but it looks like 125 5/23 333. the slash could be a 7. Each balance is 3" wide x 6 5/16" long plus a 3/8" tab with 3 holes for securing. The tabs were secured to the head with a staple.

I need to get new balances for this window. Can you tell me if you have the proper balances to replace the ones I have removed?

I recommend that you look at our 24-531. This can be used to replace Andersen balance boxes with a stamp of 523.
