Andersen Double Hung Sash Balancer

I need replacement balancers for my Anderson window. The numbers stamped on the balancers is 1 6 5 23 369. I was not able to find this number on your website.

Thanks for posting, Paul. I'm afraid I don't recognize that stamp. Could you perhaps remove your balance from the window and take a few pictures of each stamp printed on the box? Sometimes seeing how the stamps are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves. Let me know!

Thank you for the reply. Here are pictures of the Balancer and close ups of the only stamped letter and or numbers on the Balancer. The numbers stamped on the bottom edge of the Balance frame are:

Ah, that makes things a lot easier. I can see now that the numbers "5 23" are the most prominent. In that case, I'd recommend our 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance, which can replace balances stamped 5 23.
