A home owner from NEW JERSEY says:
We are looking for an Andersen EZ Split Arm Operator / mechanism for an Andersen window. The # on the front is C-9400-1A and the number on the back is F-9400-8. The distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5". Can you lead us in the right direction for the correct replacement part? Respectfully,

I also need the matching cover and handle - The color is similar ti a dark grayish/peuter - not white. thanks

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Your operator looks like it could be an older type used on windows manufactured between 1995 to 1998. Check the date that will be etched on the corner of the glass in the window. The date should be either there or in the header of the window, marked on a label.

You can use our 39-264 operator to replace this, but you will need to use the 39-362 adapter plate if your window was made in 1998 or earlier.
