32 x 45 opening, Lower sash Visible opening 28 3/4 x 19 7/8. so my guess is that it is the 28310

Track is 3 13/16 by 19 3/4 tall top. 26 bottom.

I also need jamb liners.

The stamp 425 on your old Andersen balances indicates that our 24-431 should work as a replacement. Unfortunately, we can't replace the jamb liners; you'll have to contact Andersen for assistance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

We unfortunately don't sell replacement sashes of any kind. We only sell replacement hardware such as balances, locks, latches, etc.
