Andersen Narroline Sash Balancers

Question

I need to replace Andersen Narroline Sash Balancers for two of my windows.  In one of the windows, both left and right sash balancers have marking '519' whereas the other window has marking '927'.  I would like to know can I buy two 519 and two 927 for these two separated windows?  Do sash balancers have LEFT and RIGHT even the markings are the same?  Thank you.  Paul

Hi, Paul.

The balance stamped with the numbers 519 would be replaced by the 24-531 Andersen sash balance. The 927 stamped one would be replaced by the 24-939 assembly. Both of these balances can work on the left and right hand side of the window.
