Andersen Narroline window sash balancer

I'm looking for a replacement sash balancer for an Andersen Narroline window. Please see attached pictures of the one that is broken. However, I understand I should replace both of them. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out! Based on the stamp in your photos, it appears you have our 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. This is used for balances stamped with 927, 931, 937, and 939. Since yours is stamped with a 927, I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.
