Andersen Narrowline 200 Balancer Identification

Question

I recently bought a home built in 1977 that has 1 Andersen Narrowline 200 Double hung window. I am rebuilding the window and want to be sure to get the right balancer. The numbers on the old one don't match up to anything I see on your website. See attached photo of the old one.
